Classed as an NGO, the SAAP project was an intergovernmental memorandum of understanding between Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, South Africa, Zimbabwe and many more countries within the region, with the intentions of grouping resources to deliver a more efficient provision of energy for said countries. Despite the scale, this project was also delivered in substantial time and is further testament to TFC's adaptability and extensive experience in delivering projects of all types in different sectors of the built environment.
