BACKGROUND
Established in 1991, Twenty First Century Contractors (Pvt) Ltd is a wholly Zimbabwean owned company involved in contracting and managing building and civil construction operations throughout Zimbabwe and the Southern African region as a whole. The company converts architectural drawings and engineering specifications into real structures. Our main areas of operation include residential, commercial and industrial building, civil works and land development.
Since our inception, we have developed into a trusted and reliable construction company by building lasting relationships with our clients, employees, suppliers and contractors.
MEET THE TEAM
The business of Twenty First Century Contractors is overseen by a board of Directors comprising non and executive directors. The board meets four times a year on a formal basis in formulating strategies and reviewing quarterly performance against previously approved budgets. Furthermore, the board is responsible for identifying risk areas, monitoring and developing solutions to these areas.
